    Tech Support



    In all emails, please include the following:

    -Student Name and Grade

    -Laptop Number (Found on label on top cover of laptop)

    -A detailed description of the problem. Attached pictures are supported by the system.

    -Preffered method of contact (phone or email) 



    Email is the preferred method of contacting Tech Support. We are often busy during the school day, and cannot be near the phone at all times. That being said, we can be contacted by phone at 540-562-3880. If the call goes to voicemail, please leave a message with the same info asked for above.


    Please keep in mind that our IT support staff works regular school hours. Any requests made after hours or during the weekend will not be addressed until regular school hours.
