RCPS Physical Education Adoption Information
Roanoke County Public Schools will be adopting new textbooks and instructional materials for strength and conditioning for high schools over the next few months.
The public is invited to review these materials online at the links provided.

RCPS Radiologic Technology Adoption Information
Roanoke County Public Schools will be adopting new textbooks and instructional materials for Radiologic Technology over the next couple of months. A committee made up of teachers, school staff and parents will be reviewing and making recommendations to the school board in early June if not sooner. The public is invited to review the physical samples sent in by the various publishers from May 25th through June 26th. To review materials, please make an appointment with Brian Weeks at blweeks@rcps.us or 540.562.3982.
The public is welcome to comment regarding textbook adoption and materials to the instructional staff and school board by email (above) or submitting a written comment to Brian Weeks, Textbook Manager at 5937 Cove Rd. Roanoke, VA 24019 by no later than June 26st, 2023. According to state guidelines, school districts must adopt textbooks and instructional materials, but do not have to purchase. RCPS plans to purchase materials as funds allow.
