    Community College Access Program (CCAP) - Please refer to this site or see Mrs. Swartz with questions. Watch VWCC's CCAP Informational Video.  

     

    FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)

    This form can now be submitted as early as October 1st. Be sure you complete it by the priority deadline for the colleges you are applying to in order to qualify for scholarships from those specific colleges. Check the specific college's financial aid priority deadline. You need to have your taxes done or use last year's taxes to estimate and update after you get this year's taxes completed prior to this deadline.

     

    Financial Aid 101 Presentation of Information

    NOW... Apply for a FSA # so you can electronically sign the FAFSA. You must have it to electronically sign and submit your FAFSA as well as updating it. 

    VWCC will help anyone fill it out but you must make an appointment with them first. Call Chapman Hall at VWCC.

      

    FastWeb's Key Essentials to College - This link provides great information for scholarships, college searches, career advice, and financial aid. A very useful student resource. With the abundance of scholarships students should never have to pay for scholarship search engines or applications.

     

  • G3 PSA - College Tuition Reductions!

    Governor's G3 Program is a financial assistance program from the Governor's office that can make college tuition free for in-demand fields (IT; Public Safety; Early Childhood Education; Skilled Trades, Construction & Manufacturing; and Healthcare).
