OPEN GYM DATES:

Monday August 22, 2022 6:00pm – 7:30pm

Wednesday August 24, 2022 6:00pm-7:30pm

Monday August 29, 2022 4:00pm-5:30pm (stay after school)

Tuesday August 30, 2022 6:00pm-7:30pm

Tuesday September 6, 2022 6:00pm-7:30pm

Thursday September 8, 2022 4:00pm-6:00pm (stay after school)

OFFICIAL TRYOUT DAY

Friday September 9, 2022 4:00pm-6:00pm (stay after school)

MANDATORY PARENT MEETING:

Wednesday August 24, 2022 after open gyms at 7:30pm in the cafeteria – Athlete and a Parent or Guardian must be present at this meeting to be eligible for tryouts!

All open gyms and tryouts will be held in the NMS Auxiliary Gymnasium across from the band room.  Parents can drop off and pick up athletes behind the middle school at these doors.  Open gyms and tryouts are closed to parents and spectators. 

Any open gyms that take place after school, athletes are to report immediately to the aux gym after the bell rings and will be given time to change.  Athletes are encouraged to bring a snack and water to all after school open gyms and water to evening open gyms.

**A CURRENT VHSL SPORTS PHYSICAL MUST BE ON FILE WITH THE OFFICE OR GIVEN TO THE CHEERLEADING COACH IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY OPEN GYM OR TRYOUT.  FORMS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OR AT YOUR DOCTORS OR URGENT CARE FACILITY**
