Voluntary Retirement Plans - Empower

RCPS is pleased to offer two Voluntary Retirement Savings Plans, a 457(b) and a 403(b). Both plans are administered by Empower. A 457(b) plan is available to all contracted employees. A 403(b) plan is available to all individuals who receive paid compensation from Roanoke County Public Schools.
