Our Athletic Training Department is headed up by Mr. Andy Chapman.  

Andy started his career at GHS in 1997. He received his undergraduate degree in science education and athletic training from Marshall University and his masters of science in health promotions from Virginia Tech.

Along with athletic training coordinator for the high school he also teaches science at GMS. He has also been a clinical instructor for the Roanoke College Athletic Training Education Program since 2004.
