This course will teach students basic carpentry, electrical, landscaping (including hardscaping), masonry, painting, and plumbing skills. Students will also learn to utilize professional hand and power tools as applies to building maintenance. The course includes a course certificate and 10 hour OSHA certification. Possible careers: apartment complexes, hospitals, hotels, nursing homes, office buildings, etc. 100-hour course. Bring safety glasses. Must be at least 18 years old.

Refunds are automatic when courses are filled or canceled. Refunds will not be given if the office is not notified 48 hours in advance or for participant’s withdrawal after the class has begun.
